Revisiting My Dream

The Nurse

The other day, when I was taking my dinner in a karenderia near the cafe, which happens to be in front of a hospital. I saw this  nurse who looked familiar. I knew I know her. But somehow she looked different (prettier it seems). She recognized me when she saw me so we exchanged hellos. She's with another nurse.

It was 2 years ago when I first met this nurse (she wasn't a nurse yet). After a while she went to Manila to look for a job. Our communication was constant though. Until she lost her cell phone. Now she's back. Since this blog is dedicated to my ex, I shall post more about this nurse on my personal blog. But why did I ever mention her here? read on . :) )

After dinner I approached their table and asked for her number. From then we have been exchanging text messages. :)

I Saw Her Again

I went home about 12:20 for lunch. I took a little detour so I could pass by my ex's office again. Then as if what I have been praying for everyday is now partly answered. When I got there she was across the street buying her lunch with her office mate. She saw me. I didn't hesitate this time. I went straight for her and stopped beside her to say hello. She gave me a smile and said hi.  I can see in her eyes that she was surprised to see me. I asked how she was doing, and she simply said "I'm OK"

Me: "Buying lunch?"

She:  "Yes"

Me:  "Ok, I'm just on my way home… bye"

She must have been wondering why I passed by there when I told her I was on my way home. I haven't told her that we transfered already. And she knows that I never have to pass by there going to our old house.

I wanted to stay and have a chat with her. But her office mate has been asking what she wanted to buy.  Besides, I feel that she's a bit reluctant, or confused (I'm not quite sure how to describe it) at the time. Well the last time we talked, she told me off .  (I guess this gives you an answer, Alvin). However it wasn't the first time. Few months after the first time she broke up with me, we started seeing each other again around this time last year. But the situation is a bit different now.

The Dream

At dusk I went home. Made myself a cup of coffee and sat on the balcony I thought of the dream I once had .( See  A  Dream of Her  Kiss). I believe, the pieces are coming together now.  If my interpretation is correct, I now know who the other girl and the other guy is. But will the last part of the dream come true? I certainly hope and pray so,

Oh well, I hope you don’t mind me saying “she had her chance and blew it.” Dude, here’s a Kamikaze shot for you!
Cheers! :-)
